By renting a vehicle from IVANOVA LUXE, S.L., you agree to the following terms and conditions.
To rent a vehicle from IVANOVA LUXE, S.L., you must be at least 21 years of age (25 for luxury vehicles), hold a valid driver's license for a minimum of 2 years, and present a valid passport or national ID. A security deposit will be held on your credit card during the rental period. All drivers must be named on the rental agreement.
All rentals include comprehensive insurance with an excess. The renter is responsible for any damage caused by negligence, driving under the influence, or use outside the agreed terms. Theft protection is included when the vehicle is locked and keys are secured. Additional insurance options are available at checkout.
Payment is required in full at pickup via credit or debit card. Free cancellation is available up to 48 hours before the scheduled pickup time. Cancellations within 48 hours may incur a fee equivalent to one day's rental. No-shows will be charged the full rental amount.
Vehicles may only be driven in mainland Spain unless otherwise agreed. Off-road use, racing, and subletting are strictly prohibited. The renter is responsible for all fines, tolls, and parking charges incurred during the rental period. The vehicle must be returned with the same fuel level as at pickup.
